Your email address is still the same. It still ends with "ousd.k12.ca.us".
If you forgot your email address or password: Please contact the Help Desk at (510) 879-8178. If you do not have an OUSD email account and are an OUSD employee, consultant, or volunteer, please complete the OUSD Email Application and fax it to Technology Services at (510) 451-1962.
All Staff Please Note: All Staff Are Required to Display Calendar Availability
The Google calendar works best when colleagues can see when you are available for events.
When colleagues click “find a time” when creating an event, they will see your availability, and will be able select a time when every invitee is free.
Click on Calendar Click on the “gear” in the top right hand corner Click on “Calendar settings” Click the tab “Calendars” Click the link “Shared: edit settings” for your name Click the box “share this calendar with others” and “share this calendar with everyone in the organization” Click the scroll down menu to “See only free/busy (hide details)” Click save
