Overview

Grass Valley provides an educational experience where students are mentally, physically, and emotionally challenged daily.

Student literacy and strong math skills are the keys to academic success. We help guide students to be self-directed learners who see their potential as the change agents they want to see in the world.

We believe in hands-on learning and use a project-based approach that combines reading and math with social justice and the arts, including music, dance, and visual arts. Kindergarten through 5th-grade students work on semester-long projects culminating in a Week of Making and a Maker Fair Expo.

Students share their learning with the Grass Valley community during the Week of Making and at the Maker Fair Expo. We’d love for you to join our community. Together, our EAGLES can SOAR!
